The building is two-storey. On the ground floor SEAT and JUTA autosalons with motor services and storage rooms, as well as all inlets for the building‘s engineering service.
On the second floor of the building – SEAT autosalon with administrative and household premises, JUTA administrative premises and open (unheated) used car exposition and sales area.
The building has four functional stairwells and an elevator. A power plant for the production of photovoltaic cells is being designed on the roof of the building.
