The designed administrative building is located on a plot of land at Vilniaus st. 33 / Palangos st. 4, unique No.: 0101/0041: 96 Vilnius city. The plot is located in the Vilnius old town and archeological site of its suburbs (unique object code in the Register of Cultural Heritage 25504), in the territories of Vilnius old town (unique object code in the Register of Cultural Heritage 16073).
Also known as the Chamber of communications and the former Automatic telephone station, it was designed by the famous Lithuanian architect, professor Justinas Šeibokas and built in 1975-1977. This project reconstructs two (out of three) buildings of the complex - A and B.
