The function of the designed administrative building is arranged at several different levels.
The underground floors and the first floor are designed for parking and technical introductory rooms. Under the basement of the building, a fire capacity for internal firefighting is designed.
The first floor of the building is representative. There is the main entrance, hall, security room, child‘s and mother‘s room, commercial premises. At the main entrance hall there is a reception and sanitary nodes for customers. Access to the elevator hall, stairwells or commercial premises is accessible from the entrance hall.
Technical installations for ventilation equipment are provided on the intermediate floor between the first and second floors.
From the second to the seventeenth floors, typical administrative floors are provided, which are accessed through the stairwell and elevators laid out in the center of the building.
